Blair Johanson, Principal

Blair Johanson has over 30 years of business management experience with emphasis in business operations and human resource management. Prior to joining The Johanson Group, Blair served in senior management positions with public and private companies of regional and national scope. He received his B.S.B.A. in Personnel Management and his M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Blair Johanson is currently President of The Johanson Group.

Bruce Johanson, Principal

Bruce Johanson has served in a management capacity in various corporate and non-corporate positions for over 30 years. He has extensive experience with two major multinational corporations, instructing in various disciplines at the university level, and over 23 years as a management consultant to a diverse client group throughout the United States. He received his B.S.B.A. in Personnel Management and his M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Bruce Johanson served as the President of the Johanson Group from 1986 - 2000.

Dale Oliver, Principal

Dale Oliver has more than 27 years of experience in the computer industry and has been the founder and principal of several software companies. He has also played key roles in a number of other technology related businesses. Dale is the president and founder of Applied Computer Technology, Inc., a company that provides consulting and outsourced information technology management services to business and health care clients. He graduated cum laude with a Computer Systems Engineering degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Dale Oliver is currently Chairman of DBSquared.

Chris Devine, Senior Software Engineer

Chris Devine assists with the development of human resource software packages, manages the company's hardware and software systems, and provides internal and external technical support. Chris has worked as a software and hardware developer and a network and system administrator for 21 years using a number of computer languages, operating systems and hardware platforms. Chris is active in amateur (HAM) radio (KK5XF) and is past president of the North Arkansas Amateur Radio Society.

Ashley Nail, Client Relationship Manager

Ashley received her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Mississippi. She also attended Holmes Community College where she earned her Associate of Arts. Prior to joining DBSquared, Ashley managed a full-service spa operation in Mississippi and she performed project management services for a marketing consulting firm in Northwest Arkansas. Since her move to Fayetteville in 2010, Ashley has become a member of the Razorback Word Masters-Toastmasters Club, serving as VP of Public Relations and is a current member of the local NOARK SHRM Chapter.
